Delivery

Terms of delivery of goods:

• The goods are delivered by a courier to the address specified by the Buyer at the expense of the Buyer.
• We deliver all orders to your home (where a truck or minibus can drive). 
• The delivery price is calculated and indicated to the Buyer before paying for goods the Shopping Cart in the store www.kemperiams.lt. The delivery price depends on the product's weight, dimensions and delivery location.
• If we have the goods in stock, they are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer within 5 working days from the receipt of payment for the goods. If the product is "on order" and is in the supplier's warehouse, the goods are delivered in approximately 10 - 14 working days.
• Possible payment methods: bank transfer, electronic banking, credit card. 
• Goods can be accepted/picked up only by the person who placed the order or the person specified in the order form. When accepting/retrieving goods, it is necessary to have a document confirming personal identity (identity card, passport, driver's license). The courier will ask you to provide the document.
• Delivery of goods by courier is carried out only on working days.
