Operating instructions:

• Press rotary knob and then turn
• Lock or unlock the door by turning the knob
• then the knob pops out automatically and is locked again
• Only lockable for rotary knob: The rotary knob is blocked by key actuation

Assembly instructions:

• turn out screws with Torx tool (TX30) and loosen screws
• Slide the bolt lock between the door handle and the door
• then retighten all screws
• Attach sticker

Important installation instructions (HEOSafe Fiat Ducato 230 / 244)

After installation, close the door slowly and make sure that the HEOSafe lock passes the rubber seal "cleanly". If the distance is very small or the rubber seal is even facing inwards, the rubber seal can be damaged by being caught between the lock and the door frame (B-pillar). You should avoid this and the following measures must be taken

• Check that the seal is correctly fitted
• If the seal is installed correctly, pull the seal off the frame and bend the sheet metal edge in the area of the lock with the help of pliers. This will move the seal inwards and prevent it from being damaged.
• If you cannot close the latch or the distance between the latch and the B-pillar is too great, you must adjust the door correctly.
