Thermal curtain for the sliding door of the Ducato

Increased living comfort in the van through efficient thermal insulation with a comfortable passageway!

This thermal curtain is made to fit the door cut-out of the Ducato type 250/290 (model from 2007, version with high door cut-out) - universally suitable for most versions and installations of the individual vehicle suppliers. As in the example shown, the fly screen door can remain mounted, also with the sliding door closed! The thermal curtain has a shoulder-wide access. The "flexible door" nestles up against the B-pillar at the edges, and tabs at the top and bottom ensure a tight seal.

Customization possibilities: In individual cases, it may be necessary to carry out adjustment work such as incisions or cutting off excess material during initial assembly. For this purpose, the thermo curtains can be cut into the edge area without any problems without limiting the insulation function, e.g. in the area of the wall cabinet.

Installation of the sliding door insulation: The insulation is attached along the top edge and in front of the kitchen block with a few press studs. A Velcro strap ensures a tight seal between the kitchen worktop and wall unit. The snap fasteners are pre-assembled, the lower parts are included in the scope of delivery.

Material: sandwich construction. The outward-facing aluminium-polyester foil does not absorb moisture, e.g. if wetness or snow falls when the sliding door is open. The sliding door insulation can be folded up and stored in a space-saving manner.
