The Buyer can return a quality product and recover the money paid for it (money back guarantee) within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the day of delivery of the product (if a longer period is not specified in the relevant document provided to the Buyer).
The Buyer can use the money back guarantee if the goods have not been used, are undamaged, have not lost their commercial appearance, their usable properties have been preserved and the Buyer has evidence confirming that he bought the items from that Seller.
After purchasing a product of inappropriate quality, the Buyer has the rights set forth in the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and the Retail Trade Rules (Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania No. 697; 11-06-2001, amended by Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania No. 738 of 22-07-2014).
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the remote purchase and sale agreement concluded with the Seller ("Agreement") without specifying a reason and without incurring other costs than those stipulated in Article 6.22811 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania. The contract withdrawal period will end within 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which the Buyer or a person designated by the Buyer, other than the carrier, received the product or the last product (if a contract is concluded, according to which the user orders more than one product in one order and they are delivered separately), or the last batch or part (if a contract is concluded, according to which the goods are delivered in different batches or parts). In order to exercise the right to withdraw from the Agreement, the Buyer must notify the Seller of his decision to withdraw from the Agreement by submitting an unambiguous statement (by mail to the address specified in the Agreement or to the e-mail address info@kemperiams.lt, or by phone +370 640 36135. form, but it is not mandatory.To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for the Buyer to send a notice of exercising its right to withdraw from the Contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
The returned item must be undamaged by the Buyer.
In the cases specified in the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and the Retail Trade Rules (Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania No. 697; 11-06-2001, amended by Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania No. 738 of 22-07-2014), goods are returned only if the Seller agrees.
If the buyer returner the ordered items or canceled the order, the money refund is made in 14 working days.
