The Nevada 2.1 dome tent is equipped with an aluminium coating. The coating strengthens the outer tent fabric, reduces heat by up to approx. 17% and has a UV sun protection factor of 80 (UV Standard 801). The tent is equipped with an environmentally friendly PFC-free water-repellent impregnation (DWR). The seams are sealed waterproof by means of seam tape and guarantee better seam tear resistance. The High Peak "Advanced Low Vent System" is a very effective floor ventilation and circulates the air in the floor area even on rainy days. This ventilation is unique in high humidity conditions. The extra large gap between inner tent and outer tent reduces condensation. The ventilation can be easily opened or closed from the inner tent by means of an internal cover flap. 2 additional permanent vents ventilate the tent for a restful sleep and should always be open. The porch offers storage space for camping equipment. Transparent foil windows bring light into the interior. Very stable 5 mm diameter steel ground pegs will not bend even on hard ground. Darkened inner tent keeps out light for late risers. The Vario Vent Control System with gauze entrance keeps out pesky insects and can be conveniently operated from inside depending on the climate. The cover flap can simply be stowed in a pocket. Inner tent pockets for utensils and a lamp holder for a camping lantern or torch round off the comfort.
