Storage box air conditioning unit for small and medium-sized vehicles

The Truma Saphir compact is a storage box air conditioning unit which is particularly suitable for small to medium-sized caravans and mobile homes. Doesn't just cool the air, but purifies and dehumidifies it too. A lint and particle filter is situated on the front of the unit. The air conditioning unit is lightweight, extremely compact and requires very little electricity.

The storage box air conditioning unit can be conveniently adjusted via remote control. The Truma Saphir compact can also be controlled using the digital CP plus iNet control panel. If you have a Truma Combi heater installed in your vehicle in addition to the air-conditioning unit, this makes it possible to have automated air-conditioning regulation. Both units are automatically synchronised until the desired temperature is reached. The digital control panel on the Truma iNet Box is an additional feature. All TIN-Bus-compatible Truma appliances can be conveniently controlled via an app.

The Truma Saphir compact is placed centrally in the storage box, for example incorporated into the seat box so that cool air can be evenly distributed throughout the caravan or mobile home.

Assembly

Installing the air-conditioning device itself is very simple. It just requires two sections to be created in the floor of the vehicle for the exchange of air (inflow and outflow) and one drill hole for the condensation drain. These floor apertures are cut out with the help of the template included. Then the 230 V connection is created, the infrared receiver for remote operation is installed and a recirculation connection is created between the installation space and the living area.

With the flexible Truma cold air pipes, you can adjust the layout of the cold air supply to meet your individual requirements and, of course, this can also be modified subsequently if required.
